Documenting client requirements and Quality Assurance (QA).

Helping Senior Business Analysts document business requirements.

Developing Functional Specification documents including process flow diagrams and configurations.

Helping Design and Development teams align their documentation to their designs.

Helping the Testing team with Quality Assurance.
