I am a network administrator and I am faced with a challenging time.

Our director of sales decided to implement a CRM solution. The director recently employed a Business Analyst.

Here is my question. A business analyst, should they have in depth knowledge of SQL, Access, CRM application and Reporting writing software?

However .NET Framework consists of both Windows Development (WinForms) and Web Development (ASP.NET Development). Also you have to choose a .NET Programming Language like C# (CSharp) or Visual Basic .NET (VB.NET.

Finally, you must have strong SQL Skills or Database Design & Development Training.
